There are a couple of local Calgary realtors that host investor meetup sessions every second week. 

Been on the Upstate CREIA site many times and definitely planned on attending upcoming sessions.

Also you may check out the OKC Deal Maker Sessions, it's a great place to wholesale properties as well as network with other wholesaler and buyers.

Just spray for the adults and spray an IGR to keep them from breeding and you should be good but no way to kill them all with a bomb or single session.

If you don't have a pen and paper - you now have their caller ID - do a preliminary bond and rapport session with them, go through a little discovery and tell them a time that you'll call back (then stick to that time!).
