I am a RE agent and found a 20 bed licensed Adult foster care business listed on our MLS for sale a year ago.

Maybe take this opportunity to move to a different location, get a good paying job.Expose yourself to other people like you.Maybe learn a skill/trade - hvac, plumbing etc.Make youtube videos of your journey.You are 24  - you have so much life ahead of you - get out there and make some mistakes !!!

I haven’t gone outside the house for 10 days now (though MS Teams video calls provides some respite) but have plans to meet up with a friend for lunch tomorrow 🙂👍

We were getting a lot more from the videos than we did with dollars.  

I read all these articles and videos where ppl swear up and down you can get financing as a new investor with low down payments or dscr loans etc. but I’m finding they all have road block catches.

Buying in Ohio is like playing a video game - you're just looking online and calculating made up numbers to see what looks good.

I'm hoping to install a doorbell video camera as well as maybe 1 or 2 exterior cameras.
