I got interested in investing and money through reading Tim Ferriss's "The 4 Hour Workweek" and shortly after "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.

This coming Saturday at Tim Cook's held at Buffalo Wild West; Martin Garcia will be talking about the new lender closing.  

@Tim G  My hope was to try and purchase the property for about 80,000 from the bank that owns it.

@Tim Shin I really like the BP calculator for back of the envelope high level estimate, but you're right that every property will have different expense ratios.For example - one of my rentals is a brick home, energy efficient with an older A/C unit.

@Tim Shin i picked up the property via the link I included in the post. check it out :-)I didn't go to their meetings or workshop yet but i am planning on it. it's a 3/2/2 sfh off south post oak exit @ bw8.

@Tim Johnson when you're looking to tag someone in a post create the "@" symbol and then start typing the person's name and then underneath the reply box you should see their name pop up and you can click the person you intend to tag.
