Thanks allIn my search for the perfect CRM system, I am looking for one that can handle all my communication needs, such as logging email, call recording, SMS, MMS, and other forms of communication, as well as provide the ability to call, text, and email directly from the system.

I believe I have never communicated with Jonathan in person (PM, text, email, phone, etc).  

His system is not a get rich quick thing.  

Maybe they communicate differently but have good intentions.

But he will still be a very rich man. 

Too many operators are VERY poor at communicating and many more compound poor communication by thinking that if they don't share bad information, the bad stuff won't come. 

It handles all my maintenance tickets, communication with tenants, rental payments, screening, receipt tracking, listing etc (I haven’t used the listing service yet but they offer it for free).

Be a great landlord, provide timely communication, responsive maintenance and fair treatment.

I personally don't want to use them again mainly because of the lack of communication 

So much can be done online, and while you DO need to be reachable by your guests, you do NOT have to be reachable within 90 seconds, so don't feel hostage to some unreasonable standard of communication.
