Yet he still allowed the lessee to record a UCC on title for $1000.Needless to say, he couldn't run the place for s*** and just walked since he had nothing into the deal.  

Needless to say, a three month project took me six months, and a $6,000 rehab cost me $13,000.

Once the property is under contract, needless to say you will need a detailed inspection by a licensed inspector.
