I would do "light staging" which gives people an idea of space segregation, allow them to picture their furniture and essentially mentally move into the house before putting in an offer yet.

If an applicant has too large of a monthly debt payment, you could end up finding them unable to make some payment - that payment could end up being the rent (or a utility bill).Some landlords (like @Rob K. ) don't want tenants that are renting furniture - the credit report can show these (Rent-A-Center or Cort for example).

-gas grills at least 10 feet away from the house/garage-no indoor furniture being used as outdoor furniture-front porch not to be used as storage area-fire pits must be 25 feet from any structure and in a manufactured (bought) container approved for fires...you know what I mean!

They suggested 85 cents on the dollar.So, let's say they spend $100k on the building improvements (furniture, equipment not included).They want that to count as $85k toward the purchase of the building at that future improved value.So future value could be established as 420k + 100k = $520k.50% ownership would cost $260k, minus their credit of $85k = They would contribute $175k cash to obtain 50%.Is 85% credit the right number?

I have a couple of general newbie questions I was hoping someone could help with:When viewing duplex listings on sites like Zillow, some of the listings are obviously tenantless, as the pictures show bare rooms with no furniture, but some listings show fully-furnished rooms.
