I believe that illegal immigrants have MORE motivation to be good law abiding civilians.They usually want to live a quiet, peaceful life and pass under the radar.An illegal immigrant would want to have absolutely no altercations with the police which would put them at threat of being detected and deported.How do you even know they were in the country illegally?
