closing cost are paid out of escrow at the time of closing not in advance other than maybe an appraisl paid to 3p and a small app fee like 50 to 200 bucks  like Lending home.. which is real.

I am in danger of loosing the home and as this one would be my first home it is pretty devastating.

Hey Everyone, I own two rental properties - duplex in Antigonish and a condo in Halifax. 

I went on Zillow and found this 1900 square foot house with 2 bed, 1 bath and a nice floorplan in the listing.

I think it is an absolute necessity for out of state investors and a great way to build relationships as well.
