The city and residents voted in favor of the "Community Corridor" design which is by far the way to go to increase tourism and "trendiness".

So since the trend is that it’s going to dip further and further, are you ready to start taking on negative cash flowing properties?

If you are interested in trendy neighborhoods and urban life, then Uptown, NoDa, Dilworth might be where I'd suggest starting your look. 

Long story short, I've been reselling sneakers as a hobby for a couple years now, and realized that no matter what I decided to do with my life, I knew real estate investing was the end goal.

I have found that the investors who are the most successful are those either buying in trendy areas like Lawrenceville, Strip District, Troy Hill, Near the casino, etc or those who are right on the river.

In the trendy areas of town people are fine with small homes and less amenities because they are close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The second trend is just simply baby boomers moving out from expensive coast like from CA to Texas/Nevada,etc...it happened everyday.

This project is a huge catalyst of Northwesterly Orlando growth into rural areas, and that’s a good combo for awesome deals on little older homes that are now “cute” and “trendy” cottages.

It's just trendy.
