Seems like the rockets get lots of traffic but what do I know.

I'm impatient too but trying to work on it. =)  Any less risky strategies or options you're considering?

When you put LVP in an upper unit, does the unit below it have significantly more noise from foot traffic upstairs?

There is so much traffic in and out of that apartment day in and day out, all times of the night.

We are paying $10 a week to list with Zillow and the traffic appears to be way down as well.
