Does anybody know any actual info about what's going to happen to the old Ford stamping plant, specifically on the South east portion of it? 

Even for two complexes with similar style heating systems, I would imagine costs would vary greatly depending on the age/technology of the heating plant.

The yard has a couple patches, 2 of their newer shrubs they planted as part of the professional landscape didn't make it (planted under a tree, didn't get any sun) But it's still in good shape. 

There's a significant addition being made to the Saturn plant in Spring Hill/Columbia, and a few other smaller job producing outlets coming to the area.I'm not sure of any MILFAM focused programs or organisations in the area, else I would be in one!  

Built in the 90'sIt's about 1900 sq ft I'm getting it for the low 80's and the neighbor hood supports new construction upwards of mid to low 200's and renovated homes to mid to high 100's It looks as if they already turned the garage into a family room/denFirst my problem is the textured t111 vertical siding Second is the small windows and the lack of Windows I have read a booklet on how to renovate one of these and it seems like these can be really upgraded in a myriad of ways.  

The difficulty in all of these minor repairs is matching the existing finish texture.

NO towels hanging off anything. and a floral low profile plant on table.I had great planters outside by door.I kept tags on the towels and all accessories that I bought and took them back after photo's were done.The plants also..
