Ensure your pricing is suitable and in line with other similar properties in the same area so as not to get lost should the prospect filter the listings.

Despite setting up alerts on Zillow, Redfin, and realtor.com, as well as utilizing alerts through realtors, I am consistently facing challenges in finding suitable deals. 

Buy a large house suitable for students and fill it.
