Your post reminds me of "all of us are in the gutter but some are staring at the stars."

All of this is a good reminder that I need to follow the procedures I laid down when purchasing properties.

Every time I put in a finish that's new and upgraded, my wife makes a point to remind me that the money on the "upgrade" was wasted.

Thank you for reminding me how it not as complicated as all that to have her take a look around all the houses that aren't selling.

So I closed on a house today and it reminded me that there has been a question bugging me lately.

If any BP members have local RE investment club meetings this week, don't forget to tell everybody attending about this great (and very inexpensive) conference upcoming reminding them they only have a few days left to get the early bird registration price.
