This belief is something that becomes much more minimal the more that I talk to people in our sphere and support each other through mastermind groups to show that we are ALL deserving of what we can build and the sky is the limit…What is holding you back?

OP,I don't know where you are but in So Cal, the OZ are seeing a lot of investment these days.

We have established OZ Funds for the purchase of various properties. 

Posting on BP and sharing real estate information with your sphere of influence (and social media) is a great way to get started.

If you want to become a mega agent or have leads come to you, then yes you will need to have an advertising budget or an amazing sphere of influence.
