Paying $30k to sit around with other newbies is a waste as most will quit.

Hey all. My name is David, I am brand new here. Just putting myself out there to network with like minded folks in the real estate industry while I educate myself to the fullest 

I need some advice as a newbie investor looking for my first deal.

As a total newbie, I'm torn between the options.Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

Do you have any team member recommendations that are newbie friendly?

So if you someone that's totally new, your target for LP investor is the newbie too that doesn't have much experience in this type of investment.

@Daniel Zapata, i'm a newbie too here. 

But you are a rare one and most investors will not do as well.....you can read on here the stories of pain and angst from newbies who think that it will always be cheaper and easier....:-)I'm guessing that you would not advise every investor to go the Owner/Builder route....?

I am a newbie investor that owns a home in Glendale Heights that is interested in it out so I can buy a multifamily and househack.
