I understand the HOA covers the exterior parts of the property but you are responsible for anything inside your unit such as windows, bath n kitchen plumbing issues, furnace, hot water heater, etc.

Fortunately most of these have been less than 5 years and if not over extended is not a large concern to long-term buy n hold.

I installed big windows in each room, did tape n bed, texture, trim (with panels), AND INSTALLED 12MM LAMINATE FLOOR, all for only 3k in labor cost (I was honestly broke and low priced hoping he would throw me bonus money at the end).
