Essentially, when they send the leads, there is no reference to where they came from or the URL to the lead source, making it difficult on our end to track. 

Truepeoplesearch & Opencorporates (for LLCs) are good free sources we use.We've been getting a lot of wrong numbers on batch leads so we've switched over to Skipmatrix and it's been way better.If you need help calling any sellers I'd be glad to help!

I normally don't do carpeting in my rentals, but the new one I have doesn't lend itself to any other flooring. Who do you use for carpeting, purchase and install? It will be about 800 sq feet or so.
