I recently hit the 3 year mark of being tobacco free.Immediately I didn't even question the possibility that the evaporation/aerosol inhalation of two of the most commonly encountered food, cosmetic, and hygiene chemicals, glycerin and propelyne glycol, would be harmful whatsoever.I heard the hype, I asked doctors.

I advertise on Craigslist (I don't list house number to cut down on someone copying my ad and scamming people), Zillow - which sends the listing out to at least a half dozen other sites and Facebook market place has become huge for advertising.

@Wayne Brooks @Kim Martin I encountered with a property in TN under foreclosure by the bank and I've been told that for a period of 21 days I, as investor, can not bid on it (fiest dibs goes to people who will gonna use it as primary residence).I guess this may change on case by case scenario.
