@Scott Franklin Where can I get the specific search domains used by title companies?

However, if you have a killer company name, I'd look into locking up that web domain, and business cards are a must, and a facebook page for the company to get your friends' antenna perked up.

Moving 'up' to apartments does take you in to somewhat different domain but quite doable especially if you budget for and find a good property manager.I believe that leverage has its place but only when you are ready.

I personally don't want to sell but I understand they could ultimately use eminent domain if I refuse.

There are certain standard phrases used in RE contracts that in the public domain, understand those as well as the meanings. 

The city is offering $750 for the land and they've told us they can call on eminent domain if we don't sign.  

The guys behind it keep changing company and domain names when people get wise.
