I reviewed this long ago and the amount of work you had to do to save a few bucks did not seem at all worth it.

I am out of the country but when I get back next week, I will reviewing all of my doc's and  I am hoping the two properties are separate and if I let Colusa go to auction or just foreclose on it, I will be able to keep my Texas property as it brings me a substantial cash flow every month.  

Who thinks it is time to review and loosen the meth rules?

Any lawyers here who would be willing to review my real estate LLC articles or organization and operating agreement?

I'd review of your flood insurance policy and see what's covered. 

Right now our case is under review with the underwriters and we’re waiting to hear back on how much we can pay monthly to help us get back on track. 

It does not need to give all the sensitive information, but it does need to state clearly that the underwriter has reviewed your financial information (income, credit ratio, FICO scores and the such) and has fully approved you for a loan, subject to an acceptable purchase contract and appraisal, as well as have their contact information on the letter.
