State and federal investigators have alleged that many schools deceived these students about their future job prospects.

Does having properties (mobile homes) which are priced significantly lower than this property, affect the price of my prospect property.Thanks,Kelvin

Could you find a sample promissory note with such a loan structure, run it by an RSA lawyer and find lender prospects?

Not a closed deal, just the simplest "Please tell me more".Driving for Dollars is a low return also due to even finding a prospect, they may not be home at the time of your discovery and then need to return or call (if the phone number is available).I don't like wholesaling for other reasons, but pouring this much time, effort and money would discourage me too. 

However, on the last two turnovers I have had, I had many prospective tenants not like the fact that they did not meet me at the showing.

There are two conflicting thoughts here, to me:-One says that you are limiting the number of people interested in the condo because they won't be able to rent it out, thus lowering the prospect pool and price.

We've discussed it with a few prospective tenants and they seemed genuinely happy about the suggestion.If you want your landlord to start reporting your payments to help build/solidify your credit, I think you should talk to them and see what options they can come up with.  

But once you get started, do not let set backs deter you from your goal.Good luck.
