Also if there are two names on the policy and one of the owners change make sure to update the policy.When bidding insurance companies make sure you know if they are a DP1 vs a DP3 policy, and research the differences.Put the damn properties into an LLC, you don’t need the risk associated with having it in your own name.Treat the whole thing like a business, get your own LLC, EIN, separate bank accounts, etc.
