A good installation requires a layer of gravel (compacted) and sand for weighting down the grass, along with nails.

For example, I have one bag for hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, hammer, etc); another for fasteners (screws, nails); another for water problems (pipe cutters, pipe wrenches, gaskets, rubber washers for sinks, hand saw for pvc, misc. sharkbite connectors, teflon tape, etc, etc, etc); another for electric repairs; another for laying carpet; a Section 8 bucket (9V batteries, spare smoke detector, switch plate and outlet covers, and other things needed to pass a Section 8 inspection), etc, etc, etc.

No make-shift housing will be spared.

I didn't really have any spare cash hanging around.

I always buy the same lock sets and then I'm able to rotate them with spares when I have a vacancy.

I see change here daily and doubt it is the same here as two years ago. but you probably already thought of that ....in your spare time.

Fix: replace the fuses (and get a spare pair, too).Somebody weed-whacked the low-voltage wire to the outside unit. 

When the nut showed up in the mail, I put the kitchen faucet back together, and it's been working OK for a week or so now, and I have a spare bathroom faucet.So... my recommendation for American Standard is not as strong as it once was.

Make sure to add up all real costs and compact the net numbers divided against the down.

If you've got a spare couple of million, Australia's a nice place to sink it.
