I am also considering using this as a long-term investment for those who would like to go to the casino or work on the Southside.

@Mikko Allen LucernasMy 4plexs are near strip behind MGM casino and on the east side near the casinos near Boulder highway.

I have a friend who has a few units near the casinos that he seems to be doing OK with.

We hit up Dirty Frank's (hotdog place), 16 bit (arcade bar), the Hollywood casino, Foodhall (bar/club), and then a nightcap at an underground place.

We slowly lowered the asking price for our duplex & finally found a couple who saw the unit & were enthusiastic about it.

I don’t think this will help you out that much, but I think STRs would probably do better the closer they are to the casinos.  

That way they know they’ll get double commission and might be more enthusiastic on getting you to close.
