:lol: Learned one thing about our legal system, sometimes it's more effective to be annoying than right.

The lack of durability on shutoff valves is annoying.

LOLNicole Curtis voice annoys the hell out of me but I don't think her show is any worse than any of the others that are out there.  

There will be little annoyances here and there as you witness first hand how they don't take care of your place like you would. 

Once they tell you what they want, its your job to write your wholesale offers to satisfy their terms and still make your own profit.Speaking from the investors standpoint, there is nothing more annoying than a wholesaler who comes to you with a deal, often full of vigor and excitement and urgency, who has inaccurate numbers or who's numbers don't match my criteria.

But I wasn't going to argue because the seller was already getting annoyed (we've had 3 30 day extensions) and I didn't want to scare him off.

This is fine, just annoying.
