From a personal standpoint, I'm 1031ing some LT rental properties in Sacramento and was thinking of diversifying into a short term rental in South Lake Tahoe.Theoretically:South Lake Tahoe hedges seasonality to some extent due to the lake in summer months and snow in the winterPrices look interesting: ~$400k home that rents ~$300/night on AirbnbCurious what everyone else's thoughts are on a short term rental in South Lake Tahoe!

My sister is trying to purchase a home in Land O' Lakes, FL & a lender told her that she has to find a home by June 2nd & get it under contract because Land O' Lakes is no longer going to be eligible for USDA's Loans.

It's right next to Lake Michigan (I can see the lake from my room), the bus stop is right in front of my doorstep and the train is only a 7 minute walk.

is it close to Piedmont or further down towards lake-shore?

Rentals in Wilmington and Leland areas and maybe do land in Whiteville, Bolton, Lake Waccamaw and Delco areas.
