Hi everyone,I'm a 20 year active duty Marine currently stationed in Quantico.

A buddy of mine and fellow Marine is preparing to leave active duty and begin his civilian career.

Steve McQueen in his early life was in the Marines and at one point removed pipe insulation from troop ships.

Paul-I own a duplex in Dutchtown and a duplex in Marine Villa (close to Dutchtown) and am looking to grow my portfolio in this general area.

I finished active duty service with the Marine Corps at the end of last year.

I'm 22, leaving the Marine Corps in a year, and heading back to SoCal to attend school and save up to by my first property and hopefully "house hack" it. 

Currently in the Marine Corps, going to school online, reading/listening to BP everything, and saving my cash up as well.Once I'm out in 13 months I plan to go to school and either live in a multi family and rent the other units out or invest in some turn key properties in the middle of the country where real estate is priced much more competitively.

I'm a Marine Corps veteran here in State College.

I am a active duty Marine and currently own two rental properties back in Newport R.I.
