It's a required form to disclose the agent's relationship in the transaction (i.e. buyer's agent, seller's agent, or dual agency meaning they represent both).

The ROI from any dual marketing efforts doesn't seem to be 1/10th of the liability exposure that comes with it.

Top flush usually has a dual flush option for 1.3/1.6 gpf and side flush is 1.3 only but I am not really concerned with the small difference in water usage. 

It seems like that listing agent doesn’t deserve a dual commission, so make sure to have your own agent.
