Now that those ventures into the PE markets and doing this business at large scale are part of my past, I'm extremely excited to get back to my favorite part of REI, meeting people, doing deals, and helping other fellow adventurers in any way I can.I am very excited to be part of the BP community.

In this case we are looking to secure our home as paid for and pursue another venture that may be a way to limit some of that tax liability.

There are certain neighborhoods I would probably not venture to in region so it is good to be careful.

They have asked me, and I have agreed, to be the broker for this new venture, but there are a lot of questions that I have and cant seem to find the answer for online.

Based on my own experiences I think I'm likely to look at the upstate NY market as my first venture since i know the market the best but that's why I'm here, to learn more. 

I am from NYC have invested here but want to venture out to get better cashflow.

My goal with real estate investing is to build enough cash flow to fund my other business ventures as well as donate to financial literacy programs.
