Hi there, I'm starting my own business using a virtual business address for my LLC and am wondering if I will still need to get the home occupation zoning permit since I will be operating my business from my home, just under a different address.Any help is appreciated!

They should be taking any points out at closing, which would be transacted using a title company or attorney.

By using a credit card I can provide a fast closing and actually save money on the property. 

As for whether or not it's a scam, it's not (probably haha IDK the guy but everything on his site leads me to believe he's just another land investor), if you have a concern just insist on using a title company to close the deal.

If you are using a hard money loan you just need 20% down.
