From my understanding of history Liberalism has its roots in the individuals rights to self determination, thus why Locke, Madison, Mill, James, Wilson, ect, abhorred institutions like slavery, unbridled nationalism, tariffs, ect.

You will generally see this outside of San Diego or Norfolk, because the family has roots down in a certain area and they don't want to move but the member has orders to go somewhere else.There is quite a bit to research here but one of the benefits of having a military tenant is that if they do not pay, you can contact their command and let them know, ESPECIALLY if they have a security clearance.
