Pulling the trigger for the first time is always the hardest. 

Additionally, moving a personal mortgage loan to the LLC would trigger a clause that would require me to pay off the loan.

If it were me, I'd pull the trigger on that right now - and I'd be very nervous until I got that policy!

So naturally I feel inclined to pull the trigger since I've already invested all of that time. 

Somewhere in mid-coast Maine, most likely between Brunswick and Camden.I need to put in another 5-10 years in real estate before I can pull that retirement trigger. 

At least one interested party is staying on the ownership so this doesn't trigger any monies changing hands. 

The thing I love is you can set a late payment to trigger at a certain date and it sends an email reminder to get their payment in if they're approaching the due date. 

I would like to learn how to search out deals, negotiate and be comfortable with pulling the trigger, as I am sure that can be a difficult part of REI as well.

I am just guessing here but I imagine that well over 90% of the investors that make their way to actually see their operation in person end up pulling the trigger.. again just a guess but as someone with 4 decades of expreince at this.. and owning more than a couple real estate brokerages you can tell a well put together shop..
