A couple of my friends who are wholesalers have hired VAs to sift through the millions of numbers and narrow them down to accurate numbers.

I use excel for a lot of things, but to image having to look at a list of 200 and try to manually sift through it to find the correct criteria for a property would have me pulling out the little hair I have left.

Especially now in the day of the internet- there is so much garbage out there, and young people need information to "sift and winnow" through it, and recognize what simply isn't true.

In last few days I have received loan estimates and will now sift through the numbers with greater scrutiny thanks to Michael Kinsella's advice.Thanks again!
