I am a US citizen with a 680 credit score (actually, credit karma shows 680 for one bureau and 710 for another bureau), but I haven't worked in the USA for years, and overall, we are looking to get a DSCR loan.

Many companies when applying for a dwelling policy will run an insurance score and loss history report (CLUE report) on an individual in control of the entity even if the policy will be in the name of a business. 

Cut and paste the text into the AI-detector and see how it scores.

Right now, I'm pretty suspicious.The good news is that her credit score is over 750, and I usually want over 700. 

I have a nearly perfect credit score and I'm gambling on that for my first project.
