I'm mailing out my 2nd Postcard/ DM Campaign.My question is about potential deals with absentee owners out of state or simply out of my immediate city.Say i find a motivated seller and get a purchase agreement completed (Step 1 prior to the Assignment contract to a motivated buyer).In your experience, what city does the title company need to be located, the same city as the cash buyer?

We could have purchased a really nice printer that prints letters, postcards, and envelopes, stuffs, stamps, and seals.Would really like to hear from anyone that handles any kind of volume that does this.

Any advice on how often to send out mailings/postcards?

Example - send postcards to everyone in the neighborhood /subdivision about your property. 

Calls, texts, emails, postcards, coffee appts, etc. 

We have previously sent 4-5 postcards to this same list.

Ask for feedback at that time or leave a 3-4 question survey postcard stamped and ready to mail back to you.If you are not close, could you get someone like taskrabbit or fivrr, or tackle or some service like that to do it for you?
