Just wondering , where in AA county are you going @Jacob Masters

I am looking at an older 6-plex to flip or BRRRR with shared utilities (master meter). 

Question for those with multifamily properties: My energy provider (Duke Energy) has always classified the "Master" accounts for my quads as residential meters.

The remodel will include removing load bearing walls, remodeling a kitchen, installing a shower in the master bath, carpeting the basement, refinishing the wooden floors, and finishing a roughed in bathroom in the basement. 

It is a two bed two bath house with a master suite at one end and the second bed and bath at the other with a two doors in the second bathroom.

My name is Collin, and I am currently living in Washington DC while I get my Masters in Business from Georgetown.

I would avoid going to such a meeting because the whole point of it is the sharing that goes on, and it seems these organizers have not mastered that yet...

Corner lot, 11x17 deck, 2 car driveway, walk-in closet in master bedroom, door to main bathroom from master bedroom, a basement great for my work shop, right next to a park and many amenities.

I'll make this part of my workflow so I can master it over these next few months.Man, I love learning this stuff.
