Not saying I'll have that same momentum, not saying I won't, but definitely feel anything is possible with yet another real life example of someone doing the very things every in my sphere of influence seems to believe is impossible.

Not the greatest time to be looking for those things but its in a great location, walking distance to the naval base and 5 mins to downtown SD, and in an OZ so confident I'll get it to the finish line. 

Although, I will say that the finance, accounting, business skills course I took allowed me to sound confidently and precise on issues with my commercial and investor clients, the actual education wasn't all that helpful in starting out in investing.The most important part of my education was the connections I made and the spheres of influences I was able to tap into.

It is a hard shell to crack, and frankly one worth not cracking in my opinion.BPO's I guess are ok to make a few bucks, and I do them occasionally....but your time, money and effort is better off spent marketing to your sphere of influence and getting a farm up and running.

Much easier to find the money in your sphere - talk to friends and family, they know you and trust you (unlike anyone here).

@Kevin L Owens- if you are working towards your first  investment  property - you might  try to make the 1st  one close to home / relatively  straightforward  and this way you will learn  more details and  can  make  your  sphere mor comfortable 

Thanks Matthew.I am currently developing in Cincinnati and other midwest cities.I am looking into OZ as well but that's not my main focus when evaluating where to develop.

Like someone in political-sphere said, "you don't know what you don't know".Now myself know something that most people know that most people don't know, but I educated myself fast before I put money to someone else pocket.

This belief is something that becomes much more minimal the more that I talk to people in our sphere and support each other through mastermind groups to show that we are ALL deserving of what we can build and the sky is the limit…What is holding you back?
