there are still good area to invest for rental properties in CA yes prices are higher. however if you cant find a good deal you make a good deal. try finding motivated sellers ugly house that you potentially BRRRR. there are many ways to find good deals in CA. you just gotta put the leg work a bit. but trust that leg work will pay itself time and time again because of the things youll learn in the process
