there are still good area to invest for rental properties in CA yes prices are higher. however if you cant find a good deal you make a good deal. try finding motivated sellers ugly house that you potentially BRRRR. there are many ways to find good deals in CA. you just gotta put the leg work a bit. but trust that leg work will pay itself time and time again because of the things youll learn in the process

But, because the other agent didn't see the thing in person, they will not have a leg to stand on when they go back to the buyer with your seller's refusal, jamming up the negotiation process.Good luck with your listing...
