The same issue, anytime I post a marketplace ad for one of my rentals Facebook restricts my marketplace access.

The problem is that this plan has high restriction on "actions" preformed by globfiflow (5000/month - action is creating a single variable....).

Put in the effort, build relationships, prove your value, and improve your odds of finding someone to help launch you on your path.

You are absolutely correct about the importance of understand which townships allow STR's, and also knowing the HOA restrictions for specific areas as well.

There are also some restrictions on the property only being one unit, close proximity to your primary residence, among other restrictions. 

You can restrict guests in a room hack, but you have to be reasonable.

Basically a restricted unit can definitely burn out a capacitor and anytime you set a unit too low causing it to  struggle to keep up (ex. set at 69 but it never drops below 76…) will keep a unit running 24/7.

Don't you find it a little odd that the agent who sold you the policy didn't mention it? 

I just don't want to build a multi-family building and later found out that it is an odd choice not to have balconies.
