If the problem persists in December, I will outfit each unit with new faucets, toilets and shower heads.

All-in-all, we did about 35 hours of shooting over 4 days (it was over 100 degrees during shooting, so we had to buy multiple days of the same outfits for continuity) and when the cameras left, we realized that we had created MORE rehab work during those 4 days. 

I agree with the posters that a lot of the problems are prioritisation issues, I see folks come in the office wearing $400 shoes, their kids in designer outfits and they boast about it, but they don't have a dime in the bank.

Stuff will get damaged and broken in this business and there's no reason to outfit everything with the same level of materials you would use in a flip.

That being said, if you decide to invest in training, check the outfit out carefully and make sure that you will receive is essentially a recipe for "baking a successful cake" not just a detailed description of it.
