Private lending is all over the map - could range from nearly being a bank underwrite to literally a handshake with your cousin Jim Bob.

I know many investors from overseas that have lost 100s of thousands of dollars. 

Making an extra payment each month, or even once a year, will accelerate your loan paydown and could save you tens of thousands and reduce the time to pay off the home.

The last thing you want to do is spend a few thousand planting clusia, and then have to spend another couple thousand because it violates an ordinance.  

I like the mechanics garage one could also take massive cost seg on all that equipment.. and same could be done with doctors office.. i did that with a dermatologist a few years back and it has worked out great helped young doc walk right into a functioning practice without her having to go borrow hundreds of thousands to outfit a shell..

But when I bought property in Kelowna BC and got a CA bank loan the bank for sure wanted to create a relationship with me as a client.. brokers are just not as prevalent. in the US brokers for these types of loans are out there by the thousands some good some not so good.. when you find a good one you want to be loyal to them.

I made my decision based on the fact that a) $5800 for a 90-day program was something I couldn't afford; b) $5800 for a 90-day program seemed VERY fishy/scam-y/pyramid-y to me; c) after scouring the internet for information, reviews, etc about the program, I found literally ZERO bad or less than 5-star reviews about it which - to me - is a massive red flag; no program, product or service is perfect, and the fact that they are making themselves appear as such really gave me a bad feeling about the program.

myrtle beach is a great investment, although I would not personally invest in myrtle beach proper. we are in ocean lakes which is myrtle beach address but us literally on the road that separates myrtle and surfside.

you obviously got hit by a spammer there are thousands of them trolling the Private lender pages looking for victims that are not familiar with how private lending works.
