I went to school full-time, worked in medicine (former medic) for 12$ an hour; while attending night-classes.

But if you already act with high integrity, that should not be a problem.If you let it go inactive, that's fine too, but I really think the referral and listing opportunities could make it worth keeping.  

The "premise" section on my specs identifies what software platforms they need to know and understand in order to integrate with my project.

I see its easy to set up an LLC online, just question the strength or if my operations would compromise the integrity of the LLC.

(Long Story Alert) Some back story...This summer, I made the decision to NOT return to UCA and study medicine, but instead go to the college in my grandparents town (it is cheaper) and take classes in Finance (Real Estate) and Entrepreneurship.

It's disappointing that at least the trolleys aren't on the subway map since they're integrated.

Eventually I want to pick one or two locations to vertically integrate and acquire my larger apartment complexes using in house teams and management.

I would say no one has ever flinched when I say I'm a broker, and if you do your real estate business with integrity, wouldn't you disclose anything about the property anyways..?
