It isn't as rough as 39204 or 39209 but properties are still incredibly cheap.

The key is finding quality notes that are held by folks that are motivated to sell because they need cash.

We need people can not SOLVE PROBLEMS and that are PERSISTENTLY MOTIVATED.  

., There are some obvious areas that will be touted because of their incredible growth. 

If they're motivated to close the deal, they may come to the table.
