I think there are a few Military Podcasts out there and search the BP podcast archives for past guests who were in the Military. 

Can someone please tell me why, how, and what does it mean when a listing is archived in the Marketplace?

I’m going to throw that in my archive and use in the future.

I'll be honest, I didn't read all the comments on this thread...once people start debating whether there's a bubble or not I tune out.

But I know upon it's passage, it's goal was to eliminate unsavory practices in banking and lending.I didn't know rent to own could be so unsavory till a year ago, I read an article in the New York Times' citing the fact that a big percentage of tenant's who participate in these deals were unable to go through with it, unable to make the payments, then lose all their option money, gets evicted, and the landlord simply does it again, do another L/O deal. 

None of which were uncovered when we did our DD & went to the town BUT he had recently dug through 40 years of archives.
