The worst part--the last guy swore to me it wasn't MLM and that he was being mentored by some local serial entrepreneur who is looking for young, ambitious millennials with 'that spark' in them. 

I've come across the guru Sean terry and I also thought that his system would be a good "instruction Manuel" or "rule book" for a good start to a great career.

Google is a great one ;) Also I use upwork to find virtual assistants to automate some parts of my businesses.I also listen to a lot of podcasts (at X2 speed) some related to BP but also other business/entrepreneur podcasts which give me some other ideas and view points.
