I would challenge you to reframe that statement in a way that empowers you rather than limits you.

@Shiloh LundahlI get what the OP is trying to get at -- parents are becoming more empowered in their choices but at the root of those choices is finding the best schools for their kids and the family, what works the best and what schools are most aligned with their family's values.

To help the women out we let the lady move in and signed an additional agreement/contract stating that she would have her down payment paid in full on June 1, 2019.

Women are less excited about that idea.
