Condo the units out?

A modernized condo in Uptown Charlotte, purchased in 2020 as a rental property.

Ideally a duplex or triplex ~ live in one and rent the other unit/units.where do I even start?

Buying a condo seems like a huge waste, whereas multi-family gives some cash flow to neutralize my monthly payments.
