At best, wholesaling may require that you obtain a minimal understanding and experience in these three “foundations”.Look, I wish you luck in your endeavor, and I sincerely hope you end up in the 1% that find wholesaling  to be a profitable business.

One thing though is that there are requirements coming into effect soon where wholesalers will need to get their license in PA for any properties that they wholesale, so you might want to look into that before it becomes official!  

In that time, I've purchased two duplexes in Beverly, MA.

have you learned anything so far in regards to househacking?

It would take me a lifetime to make as much in cashflow as I did in equity growth.
