Luckily my wife is a computer programmer and is doing pretty well and her boss has been pretty cool with my condition.  

The parts are fairly cheap and they are on the easier end of things to install but you may not wish to do this.On the burners there is a device that looks like a rectangular box called a spark module and it generates a spark to light the burners.

If we sold we would likely move back to the states in two year in the hopes of buying another property with the proceeds from our sale after the market possibly cools down.

The longer you hold it, the less valuable that gain becomes.Either way, I think having that large of an asset it pretty cool, so good luck with it!
