If you're just doing a directory type service I think your best model may be to offer free basic listings to build up content and traffic from tenants, then charge for extra stuff like 'featured listing', and photographs in the listing, etc.

Think about it: you're building content while others don't exist and if the content is Google friendly, *you* will be the search result over someone who has just started because Google trusts you.Regardless of what direction you head, shop around, there are many rip-offs out there but there are great deals (some as low as $0) to be had.

What i mean by that is that you should make sure that the keywords in the ad appear on the landing page and the actual content on the page is relevant to the ad.if you don't do this, Google will likely increase your pay per click and lower your position.
